Jintadara@Khon Kaen Project

The Jintadara project is located in the Mueang Khon Kaen District of Khon Kaen Province, covering an area of 13 rai. The project’s land use is planned for residential, commercial, agricultural, and educational purposes, as well as for government and public use, along with other business activities.

The design concept for the Jintadara project was developed using the 4 DNA Theory, reflecting the unique identity of Mueang Khon Kaen District, known as a major and renowned producer of “Mudmee” silk. Khon Kaen is famously referred to as the “City of Mudmee Silk.” The distinctive patterns of Mudmee silk weaving are characterized by its unique coloring techniques, freeform brushstrokes, and vibrant colors. Weaving has traditionally been a vital role for Isan women, along with crafting woven sticky rice containers. The design draws inspiration from these local cultural practices, as well as from nature and the environment, incorporating techniques of color blending inspired by the region’s way of life. The meaning of the name “Jintadara” combines the words “Jinta,” which represents creativity and the ability to envision excellence, and “Dara,” which means stars, symbolizing brilliance, uniqueness, and distinction.

The project is located in a creative tourism district in Khon Kaen, emphasizing the integration of cultural values with the economic system. This location is expected to offer promising investment and residential opportunities in the future, driven by Khon Kaen’s role as an economic growth center within the East-West Economic Corridor (EWEC). As a transportation hub with high potential, the province is poised to create numerous business opportunities.
